I1mega Platform Terms and Conditions You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with i1mega, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and policies published on the platform from time to time. This agreement takes effect from the date of registration and remains in force until your account is terminated.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, the word "you" in this document refers to that entity.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the i1mega platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online betting activities are prohibited or restricted.
• Not designated as a prohibited individual or blacklisted by any relevant regulatory authority.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without our knowledge.
• Not holding more than one active account on the i1mega platform at any one time.

I1mega reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time for verification purposes. Failure to comply with such a request within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on i1mega. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — constitute a serious violation and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information provided must match your official identification documents. i1mega reserves the right to reject registration or suspend an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.
• An active phone number reachable for OTP verification.
• A valid, active email address that belongs to you.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate information are solely the user's responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits into your i1mega account must be made using a payment method supported by the platform and must come from an account or card registered in the user's own name. i1mega does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of other users.

Withdrawals from your i1mega account are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to limits set by the platform from time to time.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.
• Bonus value cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be used for wagering until the wagering requirements are met.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations.
• I1mega reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or misuse.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the i1mega platform are subject to the individual game rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended, unless the platform offers a cash-out feature.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a live bet, i1mega reserves the right to void the bet and refund the full betting amount.

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions

Use of the i1mega platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violating any of these may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized method to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of market manipulation, betting fraud, or unauthorized collusion between players.
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in money laundering activities through the platform.
• Making a deposit using a card or bank account that does not belong to you.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system through unauthorized means, including registering multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to support staff or other users on the platform.
• Republishing, selling, or transferring access to your i1mega account to any other party.

8 Account Termination

Users may close their i1mega account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within three business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

I1mega reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• The user fails to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Legal action or directives from authorities requiring account termination.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, i1mega reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending an ongoing investigation. i1mega's decision in such matters is final.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the i1mega platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, user interfaces, and databases — is the exclusive property of i1mega or its respective licensors. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are fully protected under applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, broadcast, sell, or distribute any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from i1mega. Using the i1mega name or logo for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

The i1mega platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, i1mega shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from wagering activity — all bets are placed at the user's own risk.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, infrastructure issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Actions or omissions by third parties involved in payment processing or game provision.

11 Data Privacy
